On Wednesday, October 16, 2013, the Pasadena Bar Association honored Commissioner Collette N. Serio, as its 2013 Judge of The Year. The event was held at the Brookside Country Club in Pasadena.

Commissioner Serio presides over one of longest running Domestic Violence Courts in Los Angeles County, co-founded by her and on-going since 1996. Since January 2004, she has presided over trials with the Teen Court program at Taft High School in Woodland Hills. As part of the program she has worked with the Museum of Tolerance and has been involved as an instructor in the SHADES program.

We are honored to be giving this award to Commissioner Serio and we thank her for her outstanding service to our legal community.  If you were not able to attend, here are a few of the high lights from the evening. Please click here to view.
